100% is a category for the console version of 007: Nightfire where the goal is to beat the game on 00 Agent difficulty as fast as possible while earning a platinum medal on every level. The idea for 100% was conceived by OllieNK and FitterSpace in late October of 2015 and officially added to the leaderboard along with 00 Agent on November 7, 2015. The first Nightfire 100% speedrun was completed in 3:33:39 by FitterSpace on November 8, 2015. The current World Record for 100% is 1:51:37 by OllieNK.

Goal[]

The goal of Nightfire 100% is to complete each level on 00 Agent difficulty while earning a platinum medal. This is considered 100% because doing so will unlock everything in the game. Doing every bond move and collecting every 007 token is not required for 100% completion.

To earn a platinum medal, simply score 1,000,000 points on a level. The developers of this game intended a score of 1,000,000 to only be possible by collecting the hidden 007 tokens. To unlock the 007 tokens for a level, you must first earn a gold medal on that level. You can then play the level a second time and collect the tokens to earn bonus points, which make earning a platinum medal much easier. But because of glitches such as Clipping, it is possible to finish some levels much faster than intended, thus making 1,000,000 points very doable without the tokens. The idea of earning a platinum medal without collecting the 007 tokens is referred to as Gold Medal Skipping.
